Frank J. Conti has served as Justice of the Peace for the Dreamy Draw precinct since
his election in November 2008.
Judge Conti has been a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing since 1990, and
served as judge pro tempore for municipal and justice courts throughout Maricopa
County from 1997-2008.
Judge Conti earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Duquesne
University, having been inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta International Honor Society
in history. He earned his master’s degree in public and international affairs from
the University of Pittsburgh, with a specialized certificate in international security
studies. Judge Conti also earned his juris doctorate from the University of Denver
College of Law, receiving the American Jurisprudence Award in constitutional law.
Within a month of taking the bench, Judge Conti instituted a victim impact panel
program at the Dreamy Draw Justice Court.
