Andrew grew up in Phoenix and graduated from Sunnyslope High School and went on to attend
Brigham Young University where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Prior to his senior year Andrew spent seven and a half months volunteering in orphanages in Quito, Ecuador.
Following his undergraduate studies, Andrew attended The University of Texas at Austin School of Law where he
graduated with his Juris Doctor. Upon graduating from law school, Andrew returned home to Phoenix where he
became a licensed attorney through the State Bar of Arizona. After obtaining licensure, Andrew worked as a mediator,
patiently and effectively working with individuals through court processes.
Andrew is a Certified Public Manager and Eagle Scout and has volunteered as a mentor with Big Brothers
Big Sisters of Central Arizona since 2014. Andrew, his wife Kenna and their son Westley live in Phoenix
and are active members of their church. They enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with family and their rescue dog Walter.
Andrew was elected the Justice of the Peace for the Moon Valley Justice Precinct in 2016.
