Judge Reagan has served as the McDowell Mountain Justice of the Peace since January
2004. He holds an A.S. from the University of Cincinnati, and B.A. and M.A. degrees
from Governors State University. He received
legal training from the Judicial College of Arizona and the National Judicial College
in Reno, Nevada.
Prior to his election, Judge Reagan was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a manufacturing
firm he started in 1991. Over the years, he was recognized locally and nationally
for his successful business practices. In 1998 he received the Economic Blue Chip
Enterprise Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The following year, he was honored
by the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce as the Small Businessperson of the Year, and
in 2000 his firm earned the prestigious Arizona Small Business of the Year award
from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
After selling the manufacturing firm in 2001, he served as President of the Arizona
Small Business Association, and represented non-profit business groups as a lobbyist
before the Arizona Legislature.
Judge Reagan’s prior business experience includes serving as President of Rotoflite
Industries, Inc., a large helicopter operation in the Midwest that he founded in
1981, and earlier as CEO of Leaps and Bounds Productions, Inc., a seminar production
and publishing firm.
He has been very involved in a variety of civic activities, including serving on
the Board of Directors of groups such as Silent Witness, the National Small Business
Association, and serving as President of the National Association of Sales Professionals.
Judge Reagan has served as an adjunct professor for two major universities. Additionally,
he is a Certified Professional Consultant and earned Arizona licenses in real estate,
insurance, and contracting.
