Family Lawyer Assistance Project (FLAP)

FLAP is a joint effort of the Maricopa County Bar Association and Community Legal Services. FLAP provides a 30 minute consultation (on family law issues only) for free or for a nominal fee, depending on your financial situation. You must make an appointment to be seen.

Probate Lawyers Assistance Project (PLAP)

This is a pro-bono program that provides free legal advice to eligible low income individuals who need assistance with Probate Court matters. You must make an appointment to be seen.

The Modest Means Project is a partnership program from the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education and the State Bar of Arizona.
