Employee of the Month

At the Country Meadows Justice Court, clerk Matthew's customer service background comes in handy.

“I'm just glad I did a good job," he says with a shy shrug.

It was his assistance that led to his nomination and win of the Justice Courts’ CRAFT Award- our version of an employee of the month. The CRAFT Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond in any of five categories:

  • Customer Service
  • Reliability
  • Attitude
  • Friendliness
  • Teamwork

A coworker submitted Matthew's name after working extra hard to solve a problem a court customer had with another government agency. He did not give up until it was sorted out.

“I try to use good customer service and do what I can,” he said. “I’m a reflection of the court and the county and we want to put out a good image for everyone.”

Thank you, Matthew, for being outstanding!
